A [not-quite] engagement session!

I’m the funniest person in the world.

No, really…. I am. At least according to my girl, Lacey. She came out to Disney yesterday with Chris to model for a “couples fashion not-quite-engagement session” (did you catch all that?) that I hosted. Who says you have to be engaged to have a good time and look great for a few photographers?

I really want to talk about the workshop, about how cool Khristen, Mariana and Khaled were, about how much fun we had and about how awesome Lacey and Chris were to work with – but I’ll leave that for another day! Tonight, I just really want to post a few of the amazing images I grabbed yesterday and let everyone see what they missed out on

This special Disney workshop session may become an annual holiday event, complete with a night out at The Boardwalk! I can’t wait to post all about it!

Facebook, bringing the love!

I met Brandi on Facebook, yes Facebook, a while back – and we’ve been patiently trying to plan a shoot to give her a little bit of versatility to her portfolio! She’s an Orlando model, mom and totally fun girl! I was so glad to work with her today, and she brought along one of my favorite Orlando stylists, Melanie Pace (and Meagan, too)!

She also managed to round up country music singer (and local FOX35 TV weatherman), Jim Van Fleet – who was the perfect compliment to our country lifestyle session!

I had a total blast with the team today, and can’t wait to post a lot more of her shots from the day, but I wanted to get a few quick teasers up! I’d love to post about some of the funny moments from today – but I can’t feel my brain. Ever had one of those nights?

I love this shot. It was the perfect moment of wind. Boots are Jessica Simpson.

Besides the purple dress above, this navy and black flirty little dress is from Macy’s – and I thought it was amazing!

This shot (below) is straight of the camera – no editing or color correction at all. I heart my new Nikon D700. It’s fantastical.
