Dear Emma and Scottie,

Thank you for bringing even more laughter in to this world.

I had to share some teasers from my “Plus One” session with Emma and Scottie yesterday. This shoot had special meaning to me for a number of reasons. First, Emma was a beloved sorority sister and friend during my own college years, and secondly, we did the session at our Alma Mater, Florida Southern College in Lakeland. I forget how amazing and beautiful the college is – and their new renovations are nothing short of spectacular.

Emma and Scottie met here, and this is where they chose to share their story with their new addition.

I could write for hours of my fond memories of Emma, funny stories of Scottie and how truly loved their new little one will be (Isaac, appropriately named to mean “laughter”), but I’ll save all of those things for the full post. So until then, I know some anxious soon-to-be new parents who are looking forward to seeing a sneak peak of their session!
